Our Twyford range of modular timber buildings are in regular use as classrooms, pre-school nurseries, music rooms, halls, commercial offices, marina buildings, visitor centres, cafés, club houses and changing rooms. Gone are the days of settling for a temporary classroom, or a portable classroom on a tight budget as the Twyford range offers a permanent and highly attractive, yet affordable building solution. 	Latchmere Junior School, Kingston-upon-Thames The Infant and Junior schools were amalgamating leading to a requirement for a new Staff Room.  An existing building would need to be demolished and replaced by a much larger modular building to house up to 144 staff. Other building companies were approached but refused to be involved because of access difficulties which were exacerbated by the proximity of the existing buildings on site and trees.  With our unique modular system we were able to overcome these problems.
	Simon Langton Girls Grammar School, Kent In our largest school installation to date, we designed, built and project managed this significant development which comprosed 12 Classrooms, 4 offices, and a fully fitted kitchen with facilties. This building complex replaced the School's out of date, dilapidated temporary mobile classrooms. Read their story here.
	Cambridge University, Cambridgeshire We designed and built a striking new timber building to form a dining hall and café for the students and general public.
	Bishops Wood Environmental Centre, Worcestershire Being built of substantially sustainable and renewable resources, we were delighted to be selected to provide an environmetally-friendly double classroom unit.
	British Racing School, Newmarket, Suffolk Their Twyford lodge provides a new training centre which houses state-of-the-art equestrian training equipement. The Moller Teaching Wing was opened by HRH The Princess Royal on  Wednesday 17t h April 2002. Read their story here.

	Penton Hook Marina, Staines, Surrey This was the third office building development that Homelodge has supplied to Marina Developments, who are the largest marine management company in Europe. Penton Hook itself is the largest in-land marina in Britain.
	Shrubberies School, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire The Shrubberies is a School providing services for children with severe learning disabilities.We provided a new educational building facility for post 16 year old students, which was procured by Gloucestershire County Council.
	Englefield Green School, Egham, Surrey "The Twyford timber nursery building provides all the space that we required, including 3 infant toilets, as well as a disabled toilet, plenty of classroom space and a kitchen." Mrs Galpin - Headteacher
	Merdon Junior School, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire "We use the timber lodge for whole class music, and for visits from the peripatetic music staff. Picture coming soon	Highnam Primary School, Highnam, Gloucestershire "The Twyford lodge replaced a temporary classroom, and provided an ideal solution for the music venue as it meant that, being a standalone structure, noise from it would not affect the main school buildings - A salient point in the specification process! In addition, the cost of erecting this replacement classroom building represented very good value for money, and the service was excellent." Mrs Parsons - Headteacher
	Nutfield Court Nursery,  Phase 1, was constructed in January 2006 for adults with learning difficulties. This modular timber building sits comfortably in its location, and incorporated an office, classroom and therapy room with shower and toilet facilities. Phase 2, an extension to the original building, replaced a dilapidated temporary building and was completed in September 2008, which added an additional office and restroom with further facilities.
	Cross Farm School, Camberley, Surrey A new double classroom development which was procured as one of several new school buildings supplied by Homelodge to Surrey County Council.
	St Leonards Church Hall, Frankley, Birmingham “We found Homelodge excellent to deal with.  Our Church Hall project was a long time in the making and there were many changes to the plans but Homelodge were patient and very helpful.  To say that we are delighted with our Hall would be an under statement, it has made an enormous difference to the Church and is used continually.  The building sits beautifully within its site and blends in so well with its’ surroundings.  This has been an ideal acquisition and we are very proud of our new Church Hall”. 	Waverley School, Finchampstead, Berkshire This timber framed classroom was specified to provide a specialised science, arts and technology department for the independent primary school, with Homelodge supplying a full project management service as part of the contract.
