The National Gardening awards are now regarded as one of the most prestigious gardening-industry accolades and are highly respected symbols of excellence, innovation and quality.

The selection process was highly original. First, all candidates were reduced to three finalists by a panel of independent judges. The panel was made up of leading industry professionals together with a focus group of experienced amateur gardeners.

And especially rewarding for us, it was the general public who then decided the ultimate winner - through the viewers of the UK Style television and UK Style web site users - casting their votes after the competition broadcast.

The award for Best Outdoor Structure was presented to Homelodge Buildings Ltd at a gala dinner hosted by Anthea Turner at Blenheim Palace on Thursday 19th June 2003.
