Homelodge Accommodation
The Homelodge Accommodation model uses the same basic structure as the Classic but conforms to all building regulations for residential use. It also includes bathroom and kitchen options which can be adapted to suit your particular needs. Examples of the Accommodation range are also shown in the price specification guide but we will be delighted to design a layout more appropriate to your application.
The Homelodge accommodation 5.4 is ideal for a single person annexe or a home office with facilities for overnight guest.
The Homelodge accommodation 7.3 is popular as a teenage retreat and games room while having enough space to comfortably accommodate
visiting relatives and friends for that longer stay.
The Homelodge accommodation 8.3 and 9.3 are designed for more permanent accommodation where one has a separate bedroom to lounge. This is obviously ideal for a granny/grandpa annexe where both parties can maintain their independence while being close enough to the main house if required. An increasing use is an annexe for the young adult where they are unable to afford to buy their first house and a garden chalet can be an ideal opportunity to get their first home at a sensible price and avoid the dead cost of renting.
Our Homelodge range of modular, insulated timber buildings designed for comfortable habitation are in regular use all over the UK providing extended home or garden living as granny annexes, guest rooms, affordable homes for young adults and au Pairs quarters, to name just a few uses. Long gone are the days of extensive planning applications, and lengthy and expensive building works as the Homelodge range offers a permanent and highly attractive, yet affordable, alternative building solution.
