Homelodge Classic

Homelodge Classic Range are built using a 3.6m (12ft) modular system that increases in length by increments of 1.8m (6ft) to allow you to specify the size and window/door configurations that you require.  Our price and specification guide gives a few examples and lists the various styling options available.

 

The Homelodge Classic 3.6 is ideal for a single person home office, or for a hobbies room or music studio.

 

The Homelodge Classic 5.4 although only 1.8M (6t) longer than the 3.6 gives an impression of far more space, as we introduce a ridge to the vaulted ceiling which creates a lighter airier feel. This building is suitable for a 2-3 person garden office or just a beatuifully proportioned garden room to sit in.

 

Both the Homelodge Classic 7.3 and 8.3 are a large enough garden buildings for 4-6 person home office or alternatively you could partition the lodges up for a dual purpose be it a garden office or teenage retreate and a spare guest room with the option of toilet facilities.

 

Our Homelodge range of modular, insulated timber buildings are in regular use all over the UK as home or garden offices, studios for artists and musicians and playrooms, to name just a few uses. Long gone are the days of extensive planning applications, and lengthy and expensive building works as the Homelodge range offers a permanent and highly attractive, yet affordable, alternative building solution.

The prices quoted include the following as standard:

structure: The building delivered to site and installed.
internal decoration: The internal walls are lined with a resilient wall covering which is coated with emulsion paint to your choice. The skirting, pelmet and hip rafters are decorated with a wood stain.
external decoration: The walling, fascia, soffit, windows and doors are decorated with a wood stain or a microporous paint of your choice.
glazing: Glazing within the doors and windows are fitted with clear annealed double glazed units. Lower glazing in the doors and windows are toughened glass.
electrical: All wiring within the lodge back to a suitable consumer unit. Lights in the main room are spot lights fitted to the pelmets – a bulkhead or PIR light is fitted outside the main entrance door. A sufficient number of double gang socket outlets are fitted to the skirting. The electrical layout can be redesigned to suit your requirements.
heating: Thermostatically controlled wall mounted electrical convector heaters with a time-switch.
colour schemes: You have complete choice from a wide range of stains and paints for the external and internal colour scheme.
