The Homelodge construction method has achieved System Type Approval by the UK Building Regulation Authorities, meaning that they are built to recognised housing standards entirely suitable for permanent occupation. Security is important too and all windows feature lockable casements and doors have the fivelever mortice locks required by most insurance companies. But we go further than simply meeting regulations. Should any problems occur within the first year our guarantee will cover the entire installation. Thereafter, to keep your Homelodge in optimum condition, we encourage you to take advantage of our ongoing external maintenance service involving scheduled visits (typically every six years) which will give you the further peace of mind of a ten year guarantee on the external fabric of the building.
