The Twyford Commercial Range

The Twyford Range is based on a 6M width (20ft) modular system and the length is increased by 1.2M bays (4ft). Our Homelodge Twyford range offers a vast improvement in quality and aesthetic appeal to the temporary buildings and portable buildings, but still being a cost effective solution to traditional masonry constructions.

Our Twyford range of modular timber buildings are in regular use as classrooms, pre-school nurseries, music room, halls, commercial offices, club houses and changing rooms. Gone are the days of settling for a temporary classroom or a portable classroom on a tight budget as the Twyford range offers a permanent and highly attractive, yet affordable building solution.

You can view examples of two standard classroom building designs via links below. The plan layouts are for guidance only and we are happy to design a lodge to reflect your requirements.

The number and position and style of our windows and doors are flexible. The internal partitions can be modified to incorporate the areas you desire. If you have a project in mind, please call us with the facilities and rooms required and we will design a building for you and prepare a quotation.

The quoted prices above include the partitions, sink, cupboards and sanitary ware (as illustrated) and standard items as detailed below. The Provisional Sum for the insulated concrete base assumes for good ground conditions.

*Not included in the price are paths, ramps, steps around the lodge, services to and from the site or VAT.

Price includes delivery to Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, London, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex & Wiltshire. Please ask for extra-over costs for all other areas.

supply items

structure
The building delivered to site and erected on a pre-prepared base.

external decorations
Walls, fascias, soffit, windows and doors are decorated with wood stain or micro porous paint.

internal decorations
Walls are lined with a resilient covering which is coated with emulsion paint. Skirting, pelmets, hip rafters and trusses are stained and the timber ceiling boards are treated for fire protection. All colour schemes are to customer choice from suppliers’ range.

electrics
Wiring within the Lodge is wired back to a suitable consumer unit. A sufficient number of double gang socket outlets are fitted to the skirting, or where specified, at work top level.

lighting
Fluorescent lighting is provided in the main rooms, with recessed ceiling lights in smaller rooms. Emergency exit lights and a bulkhead external light are fitted.

heating
Wall mounted electrical low surface temperature convector heaters with time switches and thermostatic controls are fitted to suit the size of the building

general
Double glazing with toughened glass rainwater goods.
