Buildings for sports pavilions, clubhouses or changing rooms

Affordable, attractive buildings that are perfect for your sporting and leisure activities.

Very many modular building systems have a utilitarian look and feel would look more at home on a construction site than a community setting. Our buildings, by contrast, have vaulted ceilings and full-length windows to provide a beautiful, light and airy space, and create an environment that is warm and welcoming. We can customize the external appearance of your new building to blend in with any setting, whether you have a rural backdrop, an open sports field, or a modern purpose-built urban development.

As our building solution is designed to be flexible, it can be customized to give communities exactly what they are looking for, whatever the need. Our ranges of sport pavilions are ideal for all of the following community applications and many more:

  • Sporting club houses
  • Cricket pavilion
  • Bowling pavilion and club room
  • Changing rooms or toilet blocks
  • Gyms and fitness studios
  • Pool, snooker or billiards room
  • Clubhouse, bar or cafe
  • 9th or 19th hole shop and bar
  • Poolside house
  • Visitor centre, kiosk or cafe
  • Office or administrative use

Fast to build - Because we construct our modular buildings off-site we can complete the building project in weeks, which means minimal disruption if you are adding a sports facility to an existing or busy site. With Homelodge, your sports centre building is up and running much faster than traditional brick-built structures, typically saving you many months, and generating income that much sooner.

Internal and external appearance - We have a wide range of materials and colours – from subtle rural shades to bright contemporary. Internally you can choose whether you create a natural environmentally friendly feel or go for a more sophisticated modern environment.

Our complete ‘turn-key’ service - To make life easier for you, we can take care of every aspect of your building project – everything from site inspection through to decoration. Our service includes all of the following:

We will provide all the support you need to ensure the building is complete and ready to move in from the moment you receive the keys, and our cost-effective maintenance contracts will give you complete peace of mind.

Compliant with all regulations - We can also advise you on the latest building and accessibility regulations to ensure that your sports facility building provides access for all, and offers all the appropriate facilities.

A permanent solution - Our buildings are fully insulated for permanent, all-year-round use. We offer high-impact internal cladding to withstand daily wear and tear, to make sure your pavilion still looks great after years of use.

Should any problems occur within the first year our guarantee will cover the entire installation.  Thereafter, to keep your new sports pavilion building in optimum condition, we encourage you to take advantage of our on-going external maintenance contract which includes scheduled visits to inspect and redecorate the external timbers of your building.  Taking out the maintenance contract also gives you further peace of mind with a ten year guarantee on the external fabric of your Homelodge building.  In fact Faith & Gould in a report to Kent County Council have stated that if our external material is stained every 7 years (we do 6 years under our contract agreement) the walls should be durable for at least 60 years.

Designed for your community - Our design and build service guides you through all of the following options to make sure your new community building meets your specific needs:

  • Alternative external cladding and colour schemes: use subtle tones to blend into a rural environment, conservation area, or historic site, or bold primary colours for a modern appearance or brick slip options.
  • Wide range of internal colours: create a calming environment, or a vibrant one if you prefer
  • Range of canopies: covered walkways, entrances, outdoor seating and viewing areas and amenities
  • Separate office areas for privacy

HOMELODGE – builders of staffroom 2008. During 2007-8 the Latchmere Infant and Latchmere Junior Schools amalgamated into the newly formed Latchmere School of 682 children and 144 staff. The new staffroom was to be an integral part of the amalgamation as we were bringing together two different staffs and this was a very important part of a positive amalgamation From the very moment that we contacted Homelodge the service was excellent. Homelodge consultants and experts provided us with comprehensive draft plans and ideas, designs and resources with which to start planning the design of our building on the inside and outside. Because of their flexibility it allowed us to achieve all our requirements. The building is aesthetically pleasing on the inside and the outside and is always greeted with gasps of envy and admiration from visiting educationalists. ‘How lucky are you’ ‘How did you get this – our staffroom is horrible’ ‘Wow this shows how much the staff are valued’ ‘ Amazing’ ‘Brilliant’ ‘Can’t believe how big it is’ ‘ What a stunning building’ ‘Love the wood all around the room and the units are fabulous’ The two kitchen areas are fully fitted and we love them – it means that large numbers of staff can access the area at any given time, to create their wonderful meals.
