Should any problems occur within the first year our guarantee will cover the entire installation.  Thereafter, to keep your new building in optimum condition, we encourage you to take advantage of our on-going external maintenance contract which includes scheduled visits to inspect and redecorate the external timbers of your building.  Taking out the maintenance contract also gives you further peace of mind with a ten year guarantee on the external fabric of your Homelodge building.  In fact Faith & Gould in a report to Kent County Council have stated that if our external material is stained every 7 years (we do 6 years under our contract agreement) the walls should be durable for at least 60 years.

Homelodge Buildings Limited The move for our community pre-school from village hall to our new Homelodge building has been a journey of discovery. This journey was made easier with the support we received from the team at Homelodge. By discussing how we were to use our building, Homelodge came up with a layout. We needed to be self-contained with a playroom/classroom, quiet room, kitchen, toilets, office and storage with facilities to cater not only for our pre-school but also for an after-school club. The building also had to harmonise with the surroundings, being in the grounds of our local school. Homelodge helped us with our planning application, advised us on contractors and saw us through the construction process to completion. Children, parents and staff are all delighted with our new home. The vaulted ceilings, roof lights and windows let in so much day-light, the children can see the outside world and enjoy the indoor space which is purpose-built for them.
