Felix has been in the building industry for over 29 years and is an expert in Planning, The Mobile Home Act and Design. Felix's father, Peter, set up Homelodge Buildings in 1986. In 2004 Felix took over the role of Managing Director with Peter retiring a few years later. Felix has been developing Homelodge as a company ever since and has built a brilliant team around him. With them he has continued to improve the quality and expand the range of buildings available while maintaining the founding principles of ensuring great value for money with an outstanding service only a well established family business can deliver.

David Broomfield

Dave joined Homelodge in 2011 as our General Manager and has been in the timber frame and engineering sectors for over 25 years, specialising in production and construction techniques. Dave is extremely organised and is dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives a first rate service with their project being completed on time and on budget.

Robert Mulcahy

Commercial Manager

Robert has been with Homelodge since January 2015. He has been in the construction business for over 25 years working in main-contracting, housing and retail as well as high end interior fit out. Robert understands the importance of delivering cost efficient, transparent projects that demonstrate true value for the client and focuses on the Homelodge’s buying and surveying on the domestic side of the business and he oversee the construction and project management of our commercial projects. Robert’s passion for building is probably equalled by his passion for everything he finds time to do in his personal life, he is currently the Hampshire Junior Golf Manager and oversees 5 squads from U10’S to U18’S and enjoys spending time with his friends and family as well as the odd game himself.

Vera Morgan

Financial Controller

Vera is a dynamic and very organised person with a keen eye for detail. Vera has degree in Economics and is a full member of The Association of Accounting Technician (MAAT). Vera also deals with our Human Resources department and looks after our employee’s welfare. To balance between work and pleasure (Ying & Yang), Vera spends her free time on cooking delicious Asian food for family and friends, loves to sing (which she’s very talented at) and a gym goer. Her last challenge was taking part in the park run, and of course a cup of coffee with friends afterwards!

Gareth joined Homelodge in May 2013 to help on product design and business development. Gareth has been in the building industry for over 25 years with experience in new builds as well as commercial and domestic extensions. Gareth is very diligent and takes pride in designing a building to suit you and your budget.

Ricky Loureiro

Architectural Design Manager

Ricky has worked at Homelodge since 2008.He is extremely well qualified and experienced Architectural Technician and curently studying a BA in Architectural Technology at Solent University. Ricky is not only very creative but has a keen eye for detail which makes him a key man in ensuring that all our building and mobile homes are engineered down to the smallest detail prior to manufacture. This meticulous attention to detail maintains the smooth running of our factory and a trouble free site assembly that the Germans would be proud of.

Raffaello Zaniboni

CAD Technician

Raf moved from Italy to the UK just after taking a Master degree in Architecture and Building Engineering from the University of Bologna. Raf has been part of an international team working on various architectural and structural projects in Italy. Prior to joining Homelodge Raf worked for an Engineering firm in Italy, designing residential properties and working with the conservation of historic buildings. Raf is passionate about the world of architecture and the graphic representation.

Shirley Hoare

PA to Managing Director

Shirley has been working for Homelodge since 2003 and is more than likely to be the first person you speak to when you call. She is very customer focused and is considered to be at the centre of the Homelodge 'web'. Shirley's role is varied covering all things secretarial, office management,sales, marketing & of course PA to Felix. She has also been known to make the occasional cup of tea for everyone.!
