Office Team

Felix Bolger

Managing Director

With over 30 years experience in the building & planning industry, Felix’s father, Peter, founded Homelodge Buildings in 1986. Felix took over the role as Managing Director in 2004 as his father retired and has been leading the company from strength to strength ever since. With a brilliant team around him, Felix has continued to improve the quality and expand the range of buildings that Homelodge offers. As the business has expanded, Felix has always kept the core values that his father built the company on, providing a warm and friendly service that you can only get from a family business.

David Broomfield

General Manager

Dave has 25+ years in the timber frame and engineering sectors, specialising in production and construction techniques. He joined the Homelodge team in 2011 as General Manager and has dedicated himself to ensuring that every customer receives a first-rate service, with their project remaining on time, on task, and on budget.

Robert Mulcahy

Commercial Manager

Robert has been with Homelodge since 2015, but he has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years. His experience lies in main-contracting, housing and retail, as well as high-end interior fit-out. His role at Homelodge sees Robert focusing on buying & surveying for the domestic side of the business, as well as overseeing the construction and project management of our commercial projects too. His passion for building is rivalled by his love of good food (as a self-confessed foodie), and he also spends his spare time as an England Regional Manager for the U18 South and Hampshire Junior Golf.

Vera Morgan

Financial Controller

Vera joined the Homelodge team in 2018, and holds a degree in Economics and is a full member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). A keen eye for detail, Vera is astute and organised, overseeing the Human Resources department and looking after the welfare of our team. She likes to balance her work life with a vibrant home life filled with delicious Asian cooking, frequent trips to the gym, and a real love of singing.

Gareth Ackerman

Homelodge Sales Manager

Gareth joined the Homelodge team in 2013 to work on product design and business development. He has been in the building industry for over 25 years, with a breadth of experience in new builds, commercial projects, and domestic extensions. Gareth is a very diligent individual and takes pride in designing a building to suit both your vision and your budget. He is the main point of call for all the costing, quoting, and planning for our stunning annexes and commercial builds.

Ricky Loureiro

Architectural Design Manager

Ricky started working at Homelodge in 2008, with a BA in Architectural Technology and a wealth of experience. As well as having a very creative mind, Ricky is also the man to go to for ensuring all our buildings & annexes are engineered down to the smallest detail before being manufactured. This meticulous attention to detail helps maintain the smooth running of our factory and a trouble-free site assembly that even the Germans would be proud of!

Mischa Espina

Architectural Technician

Mischa is passionate about the world of architecture and recently joined Homelodge in April 2021. He was architecturally educated in the Philippines and has over a decade of experience in the field of design. He believes that architecture is the perfect conversation between man and his environment. Mischa is outgoing and has a love for good food, the outdoors, staying active, and travelling with his family.

Letoya Baptista

Office Manager

Letoya joined Homelodge in 2020 as an organised, motivated, and personable individual. With more than 15 years experience in Office Accounts & Administration and a diploma in credit control, she also has over 5 years in global events organisation – planning, pricing, and putting together luxury events around the world. As well as a passion for travelling, Letoya also enjoys indulging in the latest fashion trends, and has a love of running (but spends most of her free time running after her two boys)!

Shirley Hoare

Senior Sales Executive

Shirley has been working at Homelodge since 2003 and is the friendly face you are greeted with when you first walk through the door. She is very customer-focused and is at the centre of all things Homelodge, being both the offices’ and the customers’ first point of call. Shirley’s role is varied and covered all things secretarial, sales, and marketing too!

Samantha Rogers

Accounts Assistant

With a varied career history spanning from maternity wards to civil engineering offices, Sam has been assisting the finance department at Homelodge since April 2021, making sure that all our records are correct, up-to-date, and securely stored. A self-described ‘jack of all trades, master of none,’ Sam is a self-driven and motivated individual, with a bright, positive attitude and a bubbly personality. She allows time away from the finances to enjoy a variety of social activities and sports, particularly keeping up with horse racing and the premier league.
