Since our inception, Homelodge has been at the forefront of building innovation, developing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of building systems, from school classrooms to premium granny annexes.

As a well-established family-run business, Homelodge provides a personable, client-focused experience, combining a tight-knit team of professionals with the capacity to manage fast-paced, complex projects. We focus on steady, sustainable growth, carefully managing demand to ensure we never overtrade and always maintain the highest standards of service and product quality.

At Homelodge, we focus on bespoke, tailored annexe options from start to finish. All annexes are premium quality, manufactured in our British-based factory, and installed on-site to create welcoming, functional living spaces. Our range of sizes and styles ensures a cosy and practical environment for every client.

Our showroom and factory

We recommend visiting our show site to see a Homelodge annexe in person. Located in the village of Crawley, near Winchester, Hampshire, our site is easily accessible from the A34.

Explore our garden annexes, view the standard of workmanship, and meet the team involved in your project. We currently have two show lodges:

  • Heritage Annexe – 3.6m x 10.9m, one double bedroom, bathroom, and open-plan kitchen/living area.
  • Premier Annexe – 6m x 10.9m, entrance lobby, double bedroom, separate study, shower/w.c., large lounge, and fully fitted ‘L’ shaped kitchen.

Appointments are recommended to ensure a member of our team is available. Weekend viewings are by appointment only.

Our Guarantee

All completed lodges are covered by a range of guarantees and warranties, giving you peace of mind for years to come.

  • Structure: 10-year guarantee
  • Roof tiles: 10-year guarantee (20–60 years life expectancy depending on product)
  • Windows and doors: UPVC or aluminium, 10-year guarantee on frames, 5 years on glass, 2 years on moving parts
  • Appliances: Covered by any manufacturer warranties as supplied

What We Provide:

Full Project Management

We will manage the entire project from start to finish, delivering you a complete turn-key service. This includes all aspects of design, permission from local authorities, external works and landscaping, all the way through to the lodge being finished and ready for you to move in.

Built Without Planning Permission

Due to their unique design our annexes are unlikely to require planning approval, but we always obtain a Certificate of Lawful Development from your local council. This ensures you have a legal document prior to works commencing and gives you that little extra peace of mind.

A Lodge for Year-Round Comfort

Superb insulation, double-glazed windows and efficient heating systems provide the perfect home environment for every season. Our annexes are engineered to conform to the requirements of the Mobile Home Act and exceed the requirements of the British Standard BS3632, so you can relax all year round in your comfortable new home.

Vaulted Ceiling for Light-Filled Spaces

Our lodges are designed with a vaulted ceiling to create a light and airy home. With the addition of a Velux roof light, you have the added benefit of bringing in even more natural light and ventilation to all living spaces.
