The Premier range offers our most spacious annexe options, ideal when generous, flexible living space is a priority. The L-Shape range is ideal for making the most of garden corners, adding valuable living space while creating a natural courtyard setting. The Heritage range is an elegant and efficient solution for smaller gardens, delivering a comfortable, well-proportioned living space that feels considered and complete.

Premier

Our Premier Annexes are designed to offer outstanding flexibility and comfort, with carefully considered layouts and high-quality finishes throughout. They are well suited to extended family living, guest accommodation, or space for carers or household staff, adapting easily as needs change.

Each Premier Annexe features a trussless vaulted ceiling, creating a bright, open feel. Two gable ends separated by a central glulam beam provide strength while allowing light to flow through the space. Premier Annexes can be designed up to 6m x 17.9m, with the flexibility to include up to four bedrooms, resulting in a durable and versatile living environment built for long-term use.

L-Shape

Our L-Shaped Annexes are designed to maximise both interior space and garden integration, offering clever layouts that make the most of every square metre. The “L” configuration creates a larger living area within a compact footprint, while forming a private external courtyard for relaxing or entertaining. These annexes can be designed up to 17.9m in length, providing flexible space to suit your needs.

The roof features a hip-end design and vaulted ceiling, with exposed trusses that enhance openness and light throughout. Internally, the layout allows for open-plan living or clearly defined functional zones, combining flexibility, natural light, and practicality. These annexes create a comfortable, stylish addition to your garden that works seamlessly with your outdoor environment.

Heritage

Heritage Annexes are designed to provide comfortable, practical living environments, while maintaining the same high standards of quality and flexibility found across all Homelodge designs. Their streamlined footprint makes them well suited to gardens where width is more limited, without feeling compromised.

Available at a width of 3.6m and up to 17.9m in length, Heritage Annexes can be tailored to individual needs. Vaulted ceilings with visible trusses create a light, open feel, while the hip-end roof design softens the overall profile of the annexe. Interiors can be configured as open-plan layouts or divided into defined functional zones, creating a versatile and well-balanced living solution.
