Testimonials

Communication has been excellent and the ground-workers and build team were friendly

We asked Homelodge to design and build a bar and snooker room for our garden and from start to finish, Felix, Gareth, Dave, Tom and team have been fantastic throughout the entire project. Communication has been excellent and the ground-workers and build team were friendly, professional, courteous and worked in a clean and tidy manner. The quality of the finish of the lodge is first class and we couldn’t be happier. We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Homelodge, and have already done so.

Homelodge are the most professional company I have ever come across. The speed of the project from start to finish was incredible, they clearly know their lodges as it was a very streamline experience and they completed the project leaving the surrounding area immaculate. Everybody from all departments were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly there were no hidden extra costs from the original quote! I can truly say finding Homelodge was whole heartedly a break through in my search for a new home to be close to my family

I can truly say finding Homelodge was whole heartedly a break through in my search for a new home to be close to my family. After the initial call, from start to finish the whole project was a huge relief as the professional, technical, design and dedicated team took it through the stages, planning, organising and building and developing a plan.
My recent experience is that Homelodge All for one and one for all Team truly know how to make “A Home”.

The amount of time and effort put in by every single person at Homelodge was really quite amazing

Please read this review very carefully ,we have just had our handover today with Tom on our new home, we’ll what can I say from our first meeting with Natalie who welcomed us all on a Saturday when the factory is normally shut but she put herself out for us and after seeing the show lodges we were hooked, the amount of time and effort put in by every single person at Homelodge was really quite amazing. from the great groundworks team to each and every tradesman who worked very long hours is very cold and wet weather conditions to produce our new home we snagged it today and all we could find was a tiny bit of painting and a mastic bead, unbelievable really and the builders clean was to the highest quality so if you looking to having a lodge built dont look anywhere else we looked at loads of different companys but none came even close so thanks again Homelodge it’s been emotional

We used the Homelodge team to help us create a home for my wifes parents

We used the Homelodge team to help us create a home for my wifes parents. The team took care of all the details and regulations so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and we only really had to make choices about the decor and some alterations to the wetroom designs.
The team really know their product and made several recommendations to the floorplan after discussions on how it might best suite the needs of the occupants.
The build process was so quick and the team were a pleasure to have around.
If we have one regret it’s simply that we didnt know about Homelodge earlier as this has made such a difference to our parents quality of life.

The whole operation was seamless from beginning to end

I am so thrilled with my Homelodge. The whole operation was seamless from beginning to end , all the different trades involved actually came when scheduled, the guys who worked on it were a delight, readily answering any questions etc. It’s a family firm and that really shows in the work ethic. I now have a stunning, comfortable home which I am so proud of. Thankyou to all at Homelodge.

We are delighted with our new home

It is one year this week since we moved into our little Homelodge . It took a short while to adjust after living in a big house but we are delighted with our new home. It is so warm, easy to keep clean and inexpensive too. Living in our families garden with the children running in and out is a great plus too. Cannot fault Homelodge from first dig to obtaining the key.

We needed a way to encourage our young adult with autism to develop some independent skills and learn how to look after himself

We Love Homelodge, we needed a way to encourage our young adult with autism to develop some independent skills and learn how to look after himself, while at the same time being close enough for us to be there for him when things get hard. Homelodge has been awesome, from our initial visit on their open day, to now owning our “lodge” it has been a pleasure working with professionals, planning and designing, groundwork, then to the guys who put the lodge together for us, nothing has been too much trouble! I can truthfully say our lodge has superseded our expectations and is just awesome.

One year on, we remain delighted with the comprehensive service Homelodge has provided

One year on, we remain delighted with the comprehensive service Homelodge has provided. From our initial research and comparison of companies, to planning and designing the lodge, completing the groundworks and build, and providing aftercare; the team’s advice and support have been exceptional. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the overall quality is excellent. After a year of my father living in his lodge, we continue to be impressed by how well-built it is. The Homelodge team have supported us and answered our questions at every stage. We would therefore highly recommend Homelodge to anyone looking for an annexe/out-building. The lodge has been truly life-changing for our family, enabling my father to continue living independently.

We are so happy with our new home and the service that the Homelodge team have provided. From the beginning everything was so professional, from our initial planning meetings and the detail meeting with Felix and Mischa. The on-site team, particularly Gary, Mark and Callum were on site early every day and the process was so smooth. Thank you Homelodge, you’ve done a fabulous job!

We found the whole experience with Homelodge exemplary along the whole journey

We found the whole experience with Homelodge exemplary along the whole journey from initial meeting through the pricing process, agreeing the final design, coordination with my own specialist contractors (for Sewage Treatment Plant and mains power intake) dealing with the Local authority, delivery, installation, extensive external works, snagging and provision of post completion documents and maintenance details. The Payment procedure was clear simple and managed fairly with no stress or pressure. We now love our home and could only fully recommend this very special company and its whole team including their own subcontractors

Throughout the process the Homelodge team have been highly professional, friendly, dependable and trustworthy

When mum decided to move to live with my wife and I after dad died, I did what most people do, I searched the internet for annexes. What attracted me initially to Homelodge was their website. Easy to understand and user friendly! So I got in touch. Fast forward to today and the Homelodge now sits attractively in our garden. Throughout the process the Homelodge team have been highly professional, friendly, dependable and trustworthy. When they say they will ring back, they do – every time. Every question is answered honestly. During the build the teams were superb. Taking care not to make a mess and making their presence a pleasure. The product is absolute quality, as is the company. I recommend Homelodge Buildings Ltd without hesitation.

Seven years on the Lodge is still in excellent condition and is a lovely calming and comfortable place to be

We purchased a lodge for my father-in-law in 2019, which he moved into when completed a few months later, and he lived in it until he passed away early this year. The ordering process was very efficient, and the Homelodge staff made the process as pleasant and friendly as possible. The Lodge was installed quickly and efficiently and it has functioned very well ever since.

Fortunately we made the main living room (with kitchenette) large enough so that when my father-in-law needed a Hospital Bed there was space for it, and the carers had plenty of space to get around it and help him with necessary care.

Seven years on the Lodge is still in excellent condition and is a lovely calming and comfortable place to be.

I have nothing but praise for the Homelodge team – they are lovely people and it is a pleasure to interact with them. I have had a few occasions to phone them for information over the period since the Lodge was completed and they have always been friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond.

I have no connection with the company other than being a happy customer, but if I could give six stars I would.

We have now been in our Premier Homelodge for about 9 months and are absolutely over the moon with it

We have now been in our Premier Homelodge for about 9 months and are absolutely over the moon with it. All the people involved in building it were great to have around, and they work solidly every day to get it completed on time. The building heats up very quickly with the underfloor heating, and it is much more soundproof than we anticipated. It is very spacious and has everything we could possibly need .As well as having our family so near. It is never too much trouble for Homelodge to come out and sort out any teething problems of which there have been very few. I can whole heartedly recommend this company.
