We’ll have two fully furnished show homes available to tour:

  • Heritage Showlodge (3.6m x 10.8m): Includes a single bedroom, shower room, and open-plan kitchen and lounge.
  • Premier Showlodge (6m x 10.8m): Offers two bedrooms, a shower room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

Hard Landscaping Now Included

We now offer hard landscaping options as part of our turn-key service. We can quote for patios, paths, and other finishing touches to make your garden granny annexe move-in ready from day one.

 

A Family Business Built on Trust

Homelodge was founded in 1986 by Peter Bolger and continues to be a family-run company. His son, Felix, now leads the business with the same values and meticulous attention to detail. And excitingly, the third generation will also be pitching in during the Open Day.

All Homelodge annexes are engineered to meet the Mobile Home Act and BS3632:2023 residential standards. If the annexe is sited within the garden of your main home and used for ancillary accommodation, planning permission may not be required. Our planning team will be happy to assess your situation and advise you.
