The annexe was carefully designed for its specific setting, as the site sits within a flood risk zone. To address this, the Lodge was raised above ground level, ensuring compliance while maintaining a clean, well balanced appearance. The result is a robust, adaptable annexe that combines everyday comfort with a design tailored precisely to its environment.

This third featured Heritage Annexe has been carefully designed to balance comfort, practicality, and modern style.
